A 300-YEAR-OLD COMPLETELY RENOVATED CASTLE FARMHOUSE

THE HOUSE ​

After a rich history as a tannery, La Tannerie de Durbuy was given a new purpose as a holiday home. In 2021, it was completely renovated with special attention to the character of the house. Old stairs,floors and doors were restored to their former glory. The oak roof construction was completely bared and sandblasted. and the result is stunning. The house has all the luxuries for a successful holiday or corporate event.

HOLIDAY HOME​

Our domain consists of 3 different houses with a capacity of 42 people divided into 3 housing units. If desired, these can also be booked separately. We have one house with 9 bedrooms, 1 with 5 bedrooms and another one with 5 bedrooms. We cater to large groups with full kitchen equipped with sufficient facilities for all guests. Almost all rooms have private bathrooms. ​

La Tannerie de Durbuy is ideally suited for corporate events such as seminars and team-buildings. The common rooms are equipped with the right technology for productive sessions and we offer a wide range of business incentives. With a capacity of 19 bedrooms with private sanitary facilities, we allow everyone the necessary privacy.

DISCOVER THE REGION

The area around the house offers numerous leisure possibilities. Kayaking, Mountain biking (also electric) , Hiking, climbing. The house is located 7 km from the center of Durbuy. Via the bike path along the Ourthe you quickly get to the center. Bikes can be rented in Adventure Valley . There are lots of marked hiking and mountain biking trails. Kayak descents of the Ourthe start at 100 m from the house.
